Project Manager - Higher Education Construction

A respected general contractor in DFW is hiring a Project Manager for higher education projects. You'll run academic buildings, labs, student housing and campus renovations from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

- Manage higher education projects from preconstruction through closeout

- Own budgets, schedules, buyout and change orders

- Lead subcontractor coordination, submittals and RFIs

- Plan work around active campuses and academic calendars

- Build strong relationships with universities, architects and trade partners

What You Bring

- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor

- Higher education, institutional or public project experience

- Experience with CMAR delivery

- Strong cost and schedule control skills

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
