Project Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing construction management firm specializing in mission-critical and industrial projects. Job Description
Lead data center and light industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance. Drive communication between owners, consultants, and project stakeholders. Utilize Procore, CMIC, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Experience with data centers, light industrial, or PEMB projects
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery risks
- Growth-minded professional with a collaborative approach
