About The Role

You'll lead high-end restaurant and hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through final walkthrough, managing every detail of luxury interior buildouts that demand precision. Working directly for a respected commercial General Contractor, you'll coordinate custom millwork installations, specialty finishes, and complex MEP systems while keeping demanding clients thrilled and projects on schedule. This isn't cookie-cutter construction — you'll manage upscale spaces where craftsmanship matters and every finish tells a story.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage complete project lifecycles from preconstruction planning through closeout and final delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and specialty trade partners across high-end finishes and custom installations
• Control project budgets, track costs, process change orders, and manage pay applications
• Oversee scheduling using Microsoft Project, ensuring milestone delivery and on-time completion
• Process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings through Procore and Bluebeam
• Coordinate complex MEP systems integration with luxury finishes and custom millwork
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control for upscale commercial interiors
• Manage procurement of specialty materials and high-end finishes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience working directly for a commercial General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven track record managing high-end restaurant, upscale hospitality, luxury retail, or complex commercial interior projects
• Hands-on experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• Strong command of budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and change order administration
• Experience coordinating high-end finishes, custom millwork, and specialty installations
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

Helpful, but not required

• LEED or sustainability certification experience
• Relationships with South Florida high-end subcontractors and specialty vendors
• Experience with restaurant equipment coordination and health department approvals
