Job Description
Manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and support teams of 3-6 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and maintain quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role, ideally in high-end residential construction. Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects; familiarity with renovations, additions, and light commercial projects is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office for project documentation and tracking. Must be based in Barnstable County, MA.
