About Our Client

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met. Identify and address potential risks or issues to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Oversee procurement and management of resources and materials. Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Strong experience in construction project management within the property industry. Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
