Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, typically 2-3 projects in varying phases.
  • Coordinate closely with ownership and senior leadership on project execution and strategy.
  • Drive project profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, CMIC, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support continued company growth through leadership, accountability, and relationship building.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience serving as the lead Project Manager on construction projects.
  • Ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and project deliverables.
  • Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, CMIC, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
