Job Description
The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will:
- Support the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project activities across various stages of planning, execution, and closeout.
- Assist project teams with scheduling, documentation, communication, and project tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project details to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
- Contribute to projects including restaurants, hotel renovations, amenity spaces, lobbies, hospital kitchens, and commercial kitchens.
- Help manage project timelines that typically range from 3 to 6 months.
- Maintain organized project records and support reporting needs throughout the project lifecycle.
