Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare & Pharma Projects- Raleigh will be responsible for:

  • Manage construction projects from award through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Review contracts, subcontractor agreements, RFIs, and change orders
  • Coordinate activities between field operations, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Drive successful project closeout, including punch list and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Healthcare & Pharma Projects- Raleigh should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven track record managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
  • Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and construction operations
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
