Job Description
The Project Manager - Healthcare & Pharma Projects- Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Manage construction projects from award through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact
- Review contracts, subcontractor agreements, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate activities between field operations, design teams, and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Drive successful project closeout, including punch list and final documentation

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Healthcare & Pharma Projects- Raleigh should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven track record managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
- Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and construction operations
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
