Job Description

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Manage projects typically valued at $10M+ with an emphasis on Healthcare and Life Sciences. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and financial projections. Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance. Identify and mitigate project risks while developing solutions to potential issues. Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in preconstruction, estimating, buyout, and project turnover activities. Support business development and client relationship efforts when appropriate. Ensure all project requirements, specifications, and regulatory requirements are properly addressed.

The Successful Applicant

4+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience. Strong background in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences construction. Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects valued at $10M+. HCAI/OSHPD experience strongly preferred. Experience working on technically complex, highly coordinated construction projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and project documentation. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Ability to effectively coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What's on Offer

Base salary up to $185,000 depending on experience. Vehicle allowance + gas card. 3 weeks PTO. Bonus earning potential.
