Project Manager

Job Description

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyouts, contract negotiations, and project documentation. Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout delivery. Collaborate with field teams, clients, architects, and consultants to drive successful outcomes. Support business development efforts and mentor junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 9+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience delivering healthcare, warehouse, industrial, K-12, higher education, or mission critical projects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams
  • Proven ability to lead projects, solve problems, and drive results

  • Salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 130,000 base salary.
