Job TitleManage modular construction projects across the Healthcare and Data sectorsJob DescriptionDirect and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance. Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
