A successful Project Manager - CT should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Institutional or Healthcare industry.

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
