Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

A well-established general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare projects, from medical office buildings to hospital renovations and outpatient clinics. You'll work with a team that cares about doing the work right in occupied, high-stakes spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, buyout, change orders and monthly cost reporting
• Manage the schedule and coordinate closely with the field superintendent
• Plan infection control, phasing and shutdowns in occupied facilities
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects and trade partners

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience (hospitals, MOBs, clinics or labs)
• Working knowledge of ICRA and occupied-facility requirements
• Comfort with Procore, scheduling tools and cost reporting
• Clear communication and a steady, organized approach

What We Offer

• Pay range: $115,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
