Project portfolio includes ground up and interior projects within commercial, retail, education, office, and healthcare spaces.

• Manage healthcare construction projects from project planning through completion.
• Coordinate construction activities to keep project schedules and priorities aligned.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery.
• Work with project stakeholders to clarify scope, timelines, and next steps.
• Review project plans and construction documentation to support accurate execution.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to support planned project delivery.
• Maintain project records and documentation throughout the construction process.
