Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

A respected general contractor in Dallas is hiring a Project Manager to lead hospital, medical office and outpatient projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage healthcare projects including new builds, additions and occupied-facility renovations
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders and monthly owner reporting
• Coordinate infection control (ICRA), life safety and phasing in active facilities
• Lead subcontractors, design teams and owner representatives
• Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Healthcare construction experience, including work in occupied facilities
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control and contracts
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
