Lead Healthcare Project Manager

Lead day-to-day project management activities for a new $200M hospital project in Bluffton, SC. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project execution to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are achieved. Monitor project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and project performance. Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders and maintain clear communication across all parties. Support field operations while ensuring adherence to company standards and healthcare construction requirements. Manage project closeout activities and successful turnover upon project completion.

A successful Project Manager should have: previous experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Experience leading ground-up projects with significant project values. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety practices. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project environment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
