Known for its strong training and development programs and commitment to building leaders from within, this firm has a growing pipeline of high-profile hospital and healthcare facility projects, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to take ownership and drive impactful builds.Healthcare Project Manager - Key ResponsibilitiesLead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherenceFoster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sitesManage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiationsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomesReview subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achievedOversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change managementEnsure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicableHealthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile5+ years of construction project management experience with a General ContractorProven expertise in healthcare construction projects (hospital, medical facility, or clinical environments preferred)Strong understanding of ICRA protocols and healthcare construction standards is highly preferredAbility to read, interpret, and manage all construction documents and specificationsStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, systems, and skilled tradesExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholdersWhat's on OfferBase salary: $115,000-$150,000 (DOE)Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based)Benefits: 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and dependentsGenerous 401(k) + company profit sharingCar allowance starting at $800/month20+ PTO days (potential for flexible or unlimited PTO structure)Company phone and laptop providedDE&I initiatives and strong company cultureOngoing training, leadership development, and career growth programs
