Job Description
Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations. Lead project teams through planning, procurement, execution, and closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners. Review contracts, change orders, and project financial performance. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Experience delivering healthcare, medical, religious, faith-based, or community-focused projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent client relationships. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
