Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

Seeking for a Project Manager to support all aspects of managing the Systems contract. This role ensures the vendor meets all contractual, technical, operational, and compliance obligations. The Project Manager will coordinate between internal stakeholders and the vendor and provide oversight of ongoing system operations, enhancements, releases, testing, and review cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Contract Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the vendor, manage contractual obligations, and lead performance meetings.
• System Performance Monitoring: Monitor SLA performance, track system incidents, and coordinate disaster recovery testing.
• Change Management & Enhancements: Oversee change requests, manage release schedules, and conduct lessons-learned sessions.
• Testing & Release Coordination: Plan and coordinate UAT activities, ensure successful deployments, and validate compliance.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to accessibility and security standards, maintain documentation, and support audits.
• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, foster teamwork, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Must Have Skills & Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• 10 years of experience managing IT vendors and complex systems
• Strong understanding of SLAs, contract management, and IT governance
• Knowledge of system testing practices (UAT, load testing, DR testing)
• Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
