Job TitleManage healthcare construction projects ranging from renovations to new facility development.Lead all project phases, including preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, execution, and closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure projects comply with healthcare-specific requirements, including Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM).Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, quality, and cost challenges.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes, pricing, change orders, and contracts.Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field personnel.Foster strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. They should have 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor, demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control procedures, and occupied renovation projects. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is required.
