Job Summary

The Clients are seeking an experienced PMP-certified Project Manager to oversee vendor management, system enhancements, compliance, testing, and operational support for the PALS system platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT vendors, SLAs, contract governance, UAT coordination, release management, and enterprise system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, contractual obligations, and system enhancement activities
  • Monitor SLA performance, system uptime, incidents, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate UAT, DR testing, load testing, and production releases
  • Oversee change requests, release schedules, and enhancement planning
  • Maintain risk logs, operational documentation, and governance procedures
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and audit standards
  • Lead meetings, track action items, and manage multiple project priorities

Required Skills

  • PMP Certification
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT vendors and enterprise systems
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, IT governance, and contract management
  • Experience with UAT, load testing, and disaster recovery testing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards
