Due to significant growth within their Special Projects Group, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can help lead the team while continuing to manage a portfolio of client-focused projects. Job Description

The Project Manager - Ground Up/TI Commercial will:

Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to Project Managers within the Special Projects Group.
Support business development efforts and assist in maintaining key client relationships.
Visit active jobsites regularly to monitor progress and support project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Ground Up/TI Commercial should have:

7+ years of construction industry experience.
5+ years managing commercial building and construction projects.
Experience creating project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence with clients.
Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, or serving as an informal team lead.
Background in education, healthcare, commercial, renovation, or special projects construction is preferred.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
