Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client is a well-established commercial builder known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships throughout the market. Manage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M. Assume full ownership of projects following handoff from preconstruction/estimating teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and change management processes. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, reporting, and project controls. Support field teams and collaborate closely with company leadership throughout project execution.

The successful applicant will have 10+ years of Construction Management experience. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects up to $15M. Background in ground-up commercial construction and renovation projects. Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project financials. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Portsmouth, NH area.
