Partner closely with Superintendents to drive project execution, coordination, and performance. Foster and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all project teams. Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, procurement activities, and contract administration. Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance, insurance requirements, and mobilization efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Lead subcontractor buyout efforts, scope development, and contract negotiations. Manage project change orders from pricing through execution and client approval. Support scheduling, risk mitigation, conflict resolution, and long-term project planning. Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers while ensuring quality project deliverables. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred. Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Ability to lead project teams and build relationships with clients and subcontractors. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, buyout, procurement, and contract administration. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
