Project Manager

Job Description

Take ownership of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through turnover
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination
Partner directly with field leadership, ownership, design teams, and clients
Identify project risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget
Maintain accountability across all phases of construction
Support project closeout and successful client turnover

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong experience with ground-up multifamily construction required
Proven ability to independently manage projects and project teams
Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in student housing or mixed-use construction is a plus
Local or regional experience in Georgia is preferred
