Project Manager | Ground Up Multi-Family | 10K sign-on Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale multifamily development in Wilton, CT. This role offers full project lifecycle ownership, from preconstruction through closeout, while leading teams and driving exceptional client relationships.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through turnover
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Negotiate, award, and administer subcontract agreements
• Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone achievement
• Lead client communications and provide project updates
• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation efforts
• Coordinate field and office teams to ensure project success
• Mentor project staff and support their professional development

Profile

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience delivering large multifamily projects
• Strong financial management and contract administration skills
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar ground-up developments
• Proficiency with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and related construction software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities

Job Offer

• Salary: $145,000 - $175,000
