Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through turnover
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Negotiate, award, and administer subcontract agreements
- Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone achievement
- Lead client communications and provide project updates
- Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation efforts
- Coordinate field and office teams to ensure project success
- Mentor project staff and support their professional development

The Successful Applicant
- 7-10+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience delivering large multifamily projects
- Strong financial management and contract administration skills
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar ground-up developments
- Proficiency with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and related construction software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
