Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction to final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.
