Description

The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Charlotte will be responsible for:

    • Experience working on commercial construction projects.
    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members.
    • Monitor project progress and help address challenges proactively.
    • Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project partners.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.



Profile

The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Charlotte should have:

    • 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
    • Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
    • Experience working on commercial construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and coordination.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
