Description
- Plan and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress and address any issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project phase.
- Foster strong communication between all project team members and external partners.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
