Overview:

Polk Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution and field operations
• Manage schedules, budgets, and job costs
• Conduct planning meetings and coordinate stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues
• Manage subcontractors and equipment procurement
• Process change orders and scope adjustments
• Perform jobsite inspections and ensure quality control
• Maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret plans and contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job cost systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
