Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial interior and secure facility construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout while owning schedules, budgets, subcontractor management, and client relationships.

Description

  • Manage multiple construction projects from turnover through project completion
  • Lead all project financials, including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, profitability tracking, and reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall performance to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal project teams
  • Travel to project sites as required throughout the United States
  • Collaborate closely with preconstruction and design-build teams during project transitions
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Profile

  • Proven success managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong experience with project financial management and forecasting
  • Understanding of cost-to-complete reporting and job profitability
  • Experience building, maintaining, and executing project schedules
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Commercial interiors experience required
  • SCIF, secure facility, federal, defense, or mission-critical project experience preferred
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Vista
  • Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience is a plus
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (support available to obtain)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability and willingness to travel as project needs dictate

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
  • Performance bonus averaging 5%+
