Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives involving multiple leaders, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Translate organizational priorities into SMART goals with defined deliverables, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain centralized project trackers, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Monitor progress, follow up on commitments, and identify risks, dependencies, or barriers early.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings focused on progress, accountability, and next steps.
  • Challenge vague updates and drive conversations toward specific actions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Escalate stalled initiatives, missed commitments, and significant risks appropriately.
  • Track decisions and action items resulting from quarterly leadership summits.
  • Prepare and present updates highlighting progress, results, barriers, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Partner with analytics and business leaders to establish meaningful success measures.
  • Coordinate summit logistics, including venues, accommodations, vendors, meals, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor options and negotiate pricing, terms, and concessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, project tracking, reporting, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to respectfully challenge leaders and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, metrics, and performance measures.
  • Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment regarding when to follow up, challenge, and escalate.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, events, or vendors preferred.
