Commercial Construction Project ManagerOur client is a respected South Florida general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across Fort Lauderdale in hospitality, retail, dining, entertainment, and general commercial developments. The company has established a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and successful project delivery, resulting in a healthy pipeline of repeat and negotiated business for project managers.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from pre construction through closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration efforts.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability goals.Partner closely with superintendents to ensure successful field execution.Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule or budget.Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients.Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
