- Plan and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement processes, including selecting vendors and negotiating contracts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
