Job Summary

Oversee, coordinate, and manage projects related to efficiency program implementation from inception to completion. Ensure deliverables meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and budget requirements while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Act as a liaison to foster collaboration and streamline project outcomes in alignment with the City Strategic plan.

• Define and document project scopes, objectives, and feasibility assessments in consultation with stakeholders.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Apply effective change management practices to control project scope, schedule, and cost variations.
• Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, escalating issues when necessary.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project disruptions.
• Partner closely with various City departments and grants compliance teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
