Description

The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and play a critical role in successfully delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution.

  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate internal project teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Support preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and procurement strategies.
  • Drive project performance and client satisfaction while achieving profitability goals.

Profile

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor or construction management firm.
  • Experience managing ground-up and renovation construction projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and client service.

Job Offer
