Core Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the entire process from post-sale handoff straight through to complete roofing installation.
- Order all required roofing materials accurately and track logistics to guarantee timely delivery to active job sites.
- Efficiently map out and schedule installation dates with homeowners, internal crews, and subcontractors.
- Execute, document, and manage on-site punch list walkthroughs across active roofing projects, coordinating all field corrections for final approval.
Take complete ownership of field challenges, handling and resolving any concerns involving clients, installers, and subcontractors.
Hiring Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated project management experience specifically within the roofing industry.
- Hands-on, practical background with residential roofing installations.
- Sharp, detail-oriented mindset paired with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills—completely comfortable handling high-stakes concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors alike.
