We are a growing construction company specializing in multifamily renovations throughout the area. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multifamily renovation projects on-site
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
- Communication of Projects with Office Management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with ownership, team members, and clients
- Track progress and provide regular project updates
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily renovation construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and scheduling
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to job sites
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
