A Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Fleet Service & Collision Programs across North America and LATAM. This role sits at the intersection of Fleet Sales and Service/Collision enablement: building the processes, tools, training, and operating rhythms that let commercial customers get consistent maintenance and body repair at scale. You will drive both near-term execution and long-term planning-analyzing problem statements, recommending solutions, and leading cross-functional decisions that improve efficiency and customer experience. You will partner closely with Fleet Sales and Service Programs in an operational, tactical, and program-planning capacity. Fleet Sales owns the full customer lifecycle for non-consumer segments (Business-to-Business, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government, Transport, Shared Mobility, etc.).
To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard-working. You should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment. We reward team players who help others succeed and empower the team around them.
