The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-scope projects that support business transformation and operational improvement. This role manages the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and PMO standards. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, working collaboratively with business stakeholders and functional teams while receiving guidance from the Manager of ePMO on complex issues.  

Essential Functions: 

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders 

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations 

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues 

• Facilitate team collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle 

• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, tools, and reporting standards 

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status and outcomes 

• Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Manager, ePMO for guidance and resolution 

• Support change management and adoption efforts as part of project delivery 

• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Project Management Fundamentals 

• Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scheduling, budget, risk management, and execution skills 

• Ability to develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets 

• Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation planning 

• Leadership & Communication 

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements 

• Ability to work collaboratively, navigate organizational structures and influence without direct authority  

• Business Acumen: Understanding of how project decisions affect departmental budget, resourcing, and priorities, and ability to communicate that impact clearly to stakeholders 

• Tools and Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Confluence, Sharepoint, and JIRA, Wrike or other project management software 

Education, Work Experience and Certifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field 

• Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, with increasing responsibility for planning and executing projects independently 

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
