Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionSupport project delivery from preconstruction through completion. Attend the project site daily and assist with field coordination efforts. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Assist with project scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking. Work closely with Superintendents to monitor progress and maintain project milestones. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Help ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements. Participate in project meetings and client communications.The Successful Applicant2+ years of construction experience acting in an Assistant Project Manager capacity. Experience on healthcare, federal, commercial, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects preferred. Familiarity with VA, government, or healthcare construction is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
