Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Oversee job site operations, safety compliance, and quality standards. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including subcontractor timelines. Monitor budgets, cost reports, and financial performance against targets. Manage subcontractor procurement, buyouts, and ongoing administration. Execute change management processes and resolve project issues proactively. Track material procurement, fabrication, and delivery timelines. Maintain accurate reporting, including job status, forecasting, and profit plans. Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners. Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, P6 scheduling). Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and subcontract management. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex construction challenges. Experience with contract administration and negotiation. Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
