Project Manager - Federal Construction - DCThe Project Manager - Federal Construction - DC will:Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and company leadership.Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and overall project execution.Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules, including updates and schedule impact assessments.Oversee subcontractor buyout, procurement, contract administration, performance, and coordination.Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, invoicing, pay applications, and profitability tracking.Administer change orders, project documentation, and contract compliance requirements.Coordinate material procurement and equipment deliveries to support project schedules.Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and project performance to ensure successful project delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and challenges in a proactive manner.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project engineers and other project team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
