Project Manager

Location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 4+ months

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Support healthcare operations strategy workstreams for senior stakeholders.
• Define approaches, manage plans, facilitate discussions, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Provide client leadership, guide teams, manage risks, and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum five years of experience in project management.
• Experience with public health or healthcare organizations.
• Expert storytelling and executive-ready deck development.
• Strategic planning and communications.
• Process improvement and workflows.
• Meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to lead client work with minimal oversight.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills:

• DHA experience.
• Visio experience with referral management or virtual health processes.

Expected Deliverables:

• Integrated workstream plans, milestones, and status reporting.
• Executive briefings and leadership presentations.
• Strategic plans, roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
• Current- and future-state operating models and process maps.
• Stakeholder engagement and meeting materials.
• Risk, issue, and decision management artifacts.
• Process improvement assessments and recommendations.
• Final-quality work products for senior client review.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MPH, RN, MHA, or similar preferred.
