Seeking a Project Manager to manage facility capital projects focused on HVAC and electrical system upgrades, from concept and design through execution and closeout. Oversee HVAC upgrades, including air handlers, and electrical upgrades, including switchgear and motor control centers (MCCs).

Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager to manage facility capital projects focused on HVAC and electrical system upgrades, from concept and design through execution and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate design activities with internal engineering teams and external design firms.
• Oversee HVAC upgrades, including air handlers, and electrical upgrades, including switchgear and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Coordinate with Operations, contractors, and vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and complete project closeout documentation.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing facility capital projects involving HVAC and electrical systems.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills.
• Technical understanding of facility systems and strong communication skills.
