Join one of the most exciting large-scale manufacturing developments in Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facilities & Site Services to help build the facilities operations and support infrastructure for a new semiconductor manufacturing campus.
This highly visible role will help take the site from construction and commissioning through factory startup and full operations, establishing the programs, vendors, processes, and teams needed to support a world-class facility.
Develop facility service request, work order, CMMS, and asset-management processes.
Build operational-readiness plans for facilities, building services, grounds, and site support.
Recruit, train, and develop facilities project management staff.
Establish and manage vendors for janitorial, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and other services.
Manage vendor KPIs, contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, and service quality.
Coordinate facilities requirements during construction, commissioning, turnover, startup, and occupancy.
Support semiconductor tool installation, including utilities, outages, access, logistics, and contractor coordination.
Develop facilities procedures, service standards, and performance metrics.
Partner with Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, EHS, Security, IT, and other stakeholders.
Support space planning, site logistics, and campus operational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years in facilities, construction, project management, manufacturing, or related environments.
Experience with facility startup, operational readiness, or major capital projects.
Strong vendor/contractor management and project leadership experience.
Experience with CMMS and project management systems.
Semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities experience strongly preferred.
Tool installation and factory startup experience is highly desirable.
PMP, IFMA, FMP, or similar certification is a plus.
