About the Role:
Wythe Windows Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager Estimator to join our team in Ramsey, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality window projects from initial bid to successful completion. Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, bids, and proposals for window installation and supply projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed scope of work
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to maximize project profitability

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating, preferably in windows, glazing, or construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of window products, fenestration systems, or building materials is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment
