The Project Manager / Estimator will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of projects from estimating through closeout. This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects
Review plans, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate cost projections
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
Manage multiple ground-up and tenant improvement projects simultaneously
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
Monitor project performance and ensure successful completion on time and within budget

For the Project Manager / Estimator we are seeking:
5-10 years of commercial construction experience
Proven experience managing both ground-up and tenant improvement projects
Experience on projects valued between $1M and $10M+
Strong estimating and preconstruction capabilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience using construction management and estimating software preferred
