Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial - Little Rock

An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of ground-up and tenant improvement construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+, while playing a key role in both preconstruction and project execution.

Description

The Project Manager / Estimator will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of projects from estimating through closeout. This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review plans, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate cost projections
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Manage multiple ground-up and tenant improvement projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
• Monitor project performance and ensure successful completion on time and within budget

Profile

For the Project Manager / Estimator we are seeking:

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience managing both ground-up and tenant improvement projects
• Experience on projects valued between $1M and $10M+
• Strong estimating and preconstruction capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using construction management and estimating software preferred
